How to Use

Use in the evening twice per week, allowing recovery time between applications.

  1. Thoroughly cleanse the skin.

  2. Apply a pea-sized amount of Sleep Glycolic to dry skin on the face, neck, and décolletage.

  3. Avoid the delicate eye area, lips, and broken skin.

  4. Follow with other suitable serums if needed and your preferred night moisturiser.

  5. Leave on overnight and cleanse the skin the following morning.

Always apply broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 30 or higher during the day.

Important: Due to its high concentration of active glycolic acid, Sleep Glycolic is not intended for daily use. Avoid combining with other strong exfoliating acids or retinoids in the same evening unless advised by a skincare professional.
